Police are appealing for information after a man in his 20s suffered a suspected broken jaw during an assault in Belfast city centre.
The incident happened in the Lombard Street area on Friday night. Police received a report shortly after 10.15pm that the man had been assaulted by an unknown male.
Man taken to hospital
Officers attended the scene and the injured man was taken to hospital. Police said he had a suspected broken jaw and a cut to his head.
Information appeal
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has information is asked to contact police on 101. Information can also be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers.
The assault took place in Belfast, rather than Armagh, so the incident is not a direct Armagh-area development.
