Armagh experienced its driest July on record in 2026, according to the latest weather round-up from Armagh Observatory.
The observatory said the month was the driest July recorded in Armagh since daily rainfall measurements began there in 1836. It also reported that July had the equal highest pressure on record, and was much warmer and sunnier than average.
