An Armagh-based agricultural machinery manufacturer has completed a new 30,000 sq ft facility as it responds to growing demand for its slurry tankers and expands its presence in overseas markets.

Redrock Machinery said the manufacturing building is dedicated specifically to its tanker division and represents a major investment in the future of the business. The additional space is intended to increase production capacity as the company continues to receive more orders and develop its dealer network.

New markets for Armagh manufacturer

The company is continuing to secure new dealers and pursue opportunities beyond its established customer base across the UK, Ireland and other markets. Its international expansion now includes North America and Australia, according to the company’s announcement.

Redrock said the growth reflects continued demand for its agricultural machinery and its ambition to strengthen its position on the global stage. The business manufactures equipment for customers in international markets while continuing to build its presence across the wider agricultural machinery sector.

Recruitment under way

The expansion is also creating opportunities within Redrock Machinery’s manufacturing operation. The company is currently recruiting experienced fabricators and welders to join its growing production team.

Successful applicants will work in the company’s modern manufacturing facilities and help build machinery supplied to customers in international markets. Redrock is seeking hard-working people with the skills needed to support increased production.

“This is an exciting period of growth for Redrock Machinery. Our continued growth is creating opportunities within our workforce, and we are currently looking to add skilled fabricators and welders to our team. We are proud of the machinery we manufacture and the people behind it, and we are looking forward to continuing this next stage of growth.”

A company spokesperson said continued investment in facilities, staff and the international dealer network was positioning Redrock for further growth. The business said it was strengthening its presence as an agricultural machinery manufacturer in global markets.
