A scientist with a Master’s degree in petroleum geochemistry is taking on an unexpected role at next weekend’s Armagh Food and Cider Festival: selecting the drinks for a sumptuous dinner.
Judith Boyle’s professional background is in science, but the drinks trade has become her passion. She was pictured speaking to an audience at the drinks industry’s annual Imbibe Live festival in London.
