Police searched a property in Armagh city centre on Tuesday morning, September 29, as part of an “ongoing investigation”. The search took place in the Corrigan’s Court area.
The activity prompted a visible police presence around the properties, with marked and unmarked vehicles seen in the car park serving Corrigan’s Court.
An eyewitness said police were allowing residents into the area while advising other people to keep their distance. An unmarked police car was reportedly parked at the entrance to the car park, while marked police vehicles were parked inside.
